拆解分析：揭開A4處理器的奧秘

綜合各項結果並交叉參考數字，估計iPad的主機板耗電量約為1W，其中有50%~80%的耗電是來自A4處理器，因此推估在iPad透過Wi-Fi無線連結執行網路瀏覽功能時，該處理器的耗電量約在500mW~800mW之間。


至於執行音樂或視訊播放功能時，iPad的耗電量約為1.5W~1.7W (此時LCD螢幕的亮度調為最低)；在將LCD的耗電排除之後，iPad主機板功耗約為450mW~650mW，此時同樣估計處理器耗電量佔據50%~80%比例，推估約為250mW~520mW。


由以上數據整體看來，A4是一款省電的處理器，與所發表的規格相當；採用ARM核心、以先進製程節點生產，並在特定關鍵路徑的最佳化上加入一些創新，Apple可說是以這樣的元件推出量產設備的市場第一家廠商。
